Ashley and Rachel welcomed Lewis back for another good deed. Great to see Lewis back again to take on litter picking in the city centre and he was well prepared in his waterproofs for the session.

It was a wet and windy wild walk to corral empty food packaging, coffee cups and cigarette butts. Hot topics of the night included checking out venues for the planned Christmas social, holiday destinations past and present from hiking Mount Kilimanjaro and Machu Picchu to plans for exploring Ecuador to take our minds to sunnier places than the rainy city centre.

Three full bags of rubbish were collected and the streets were left just that little bit cleaner for the revellers and restaurant goers.

Thank you for our GoodGym volunteers for making it out in less than favourable weather and for making a difference to our local community - every good deed really does help.
