There's nothing like the comfort of home!
2 GoodGymers made their way to help an isolated older person in Lewisham.
- Saturday, 2nd of June 2018
Ms. T needed help unpacking and moving her furniture, after moving in to her new home a week ago. Samuel got started in the kitchen, putting away plates, and all kitchen items in easy reach for Ms. T. I helped in the bedroom, moving a chest of drawers and clearing the area in front on the wardrobe so clothes could be put away. Ms. T loves knitting and bags of knitting wool were put in a cupboard. Me and Samuel, set to work in the sitting room, moving the sofa so it could be placed along the wall. We then positioned the bookcase next to the movable fireplace and filled it with books, whilst hearing all about Ms. T's encyclopedias, which in today's language is called the internet!!
