Mrs V needed some food to see her through Christmas so after a really nice run up the Regents canal and through Regents park, I picked up her shopping list. We had a chat about her shopping and what Goodgym does and she mentioned that in the first lockdown she had been really hungry at times as she was shielding and wasn't able to get any shopping on-line. This goes to show how important the work that Goodgym does is.

I picked up her shopping from a very busy Marks and Spencers and returned to a very grateful Mrs V. We wished each other a Merry Christmas and I headed back home.
