We welcomed members of Woking Goodgym tonight and after a briefing and introduction we headed to our favourite hill in Woking for some hill sprints. After getting warmed up we set off to Derry's allotment to help out with a plot.
Tonight's plot was for an eldery man who has been struggling to dig over his allotment. The group set to work and were quickly finished with a well dug over allotment ready for its owner.

Woking Goodgym were in for treat tonight, they headed off to Woking park for a fitness test. After a lot of noise made by Wayne with his amazing number of pressups. We headed back to base. With over 6kms covered, a plot dug over and a fitness test - I would say it was a successful night by all and a massive well done to everyone.

We welcomed a travelling GoodGym member - Emily White from Colchester who joined us for a group run. Almost at number 50- Only 6 more to go!!!

March seems to be a busy month for GoodGym members with many races signed up. With George and Barbara signed up to the Surrey Half and Holly signed up to a Spartan at the beginning of the month. A big congratulations to George for being rewarded by his Club- Pyrford Puffers for race of the year. This reward was for his 100km race he did earlier last year.

A big Thank you to all members tonight - dont forget to :
