Mrs N needed help to get a shop done at a large supermarket, because the ones closest to her did not have the range of groceries she needed. After arriving at Mrs N's flat to collect a very well described shopping list, I explained that the run/jog/walk was part of the fun and challenge (she kindly suggested that I could take the bus). It was a nice jog to the supermarket, but only a walk was possible on the way back, as Mrs N had perhaps predicted, the groceries were pretty heavy and I was trying not to squash any fruit or veg on the way back.
