One fine morning three women (Bea, Marta and me) met up to help Mr. P move a bed from a downstairs room to upstairs to make way for a hospital bed. We arrived and had a quick socially distanced chat, and went on to meet Ms S, a friend of Mr P's. Ms S told us of a cat on the property, and since all of us seem to be in desperate need of a quarantine animal, we hunted desperately for the little kitty. However the cat was shy and we were all making a lot of noise with the bed.

Ms S said she asked for three burly men, but was given three burly women instead. We disinfected our hands and got to work. To be fair the bed was very light and only required a little manoeuvring up the narrow stair case so one could question whether any burliness was required. However the quicker we can stop seeing looks of confusion when me and other women come over to lift furniture, the better. Some suggestions on better things to judge me on: my unruly hair, my love of the real housewives of New York or not having watched any of the star wars till last week. (Young Harrison Ford - so handsome).

After that we were all walking in similar directions for a couple of minutes so we had a quick socially distant chat about our best missions. Marta's was one where the goodgym presence restored the task owner's faith in humanity. Mine was a mission where the lady told us that she loved our help, but was more partial to the handsome (goodgym) men helping her out the last time (made me laugh but also hmph).

We all parted ways after disinfecting our hands on the way out. Stay safe and healthy goodgymmers!
