We met Viv, Lumin and their team of dedicated local gardeners to tackle some weeding and planting.

The planters were in full bloom and we are seeing results from the previous bulb planting!

We split into groups to make the most of our hour-long session. Some of us got straight to work tugging out the weeds. Others focused on planting as there were locally donated plants waiting to find a home. A few volunteers took on the task of trimming back the overgrown plants, and seeking out any litter - giving the beds a tidy up.
