Too hot to trot!
8 GoodGymers made their way 4.1km on a training session in Westminster.

We had a short 5km bridges route for the sixth week of LSE runs. A very busy route meant there was fair bit of walking and a lot of stop starts but on one of the hottest nights of the year I don't think we were too worried about doing a bit less running!
This week we also stopped in one of the free outside gyms in Victoria Embankment Gardens to do some equipment circuits. A great option if you're visiting London for a few weeks and would still like to get a gym fix without the price tag!
Along the route we also saw:
- Scotland Yard
- The Houses of Parliament
- Big Ben
- Westminster Bridge
- The London Eye
- Southbank Centre (Including the great outdoor roof top bar)
- Waterloo Bridge
- Somerset House
