Tonight, we were sent on a mission to help a gentlemen who is struggling to get upstairs move his bed and chair downstairs. We both biked from different directions and met at his house, after getting a little lost in the dark. We arrived, and I shortly realised I had looked after him in hospital before he came home. We had a nice chat with him and a catch up, was good to see him doing well at home. He called his neighbours to come and help us, although when we checked out the bed it was manageable with a bit of twisting and tipping to get it to go down the stairs and in to his front room. We juggled some furniture about, and we soon made space so he could get about comfortably with his frame. We then bought the mattress down as well. He was super appreciative of our hard work which didn't take us very long. It also meant he could get a good night's sleep on a bed and not his small sofa. So a good job worth doing!!!! We then unlocked our bikes and biked to the forum where we then met the rest of our fellow goodgymers, ready for a Mondays group session. Happy Monday Peeps!!
