To pick or not to pick
5 GoodGymers made their way to help the Barnsley Council in Barnsley.
- Tuesday, 18th of June 2019
- Led by Rachael (GoodGym Barnsley)
Tonight we were not running but meeting at the task at Kingston ward!
When we arrived there was a bouncy castle up and a big group of locals all there to help with the big litter pick!
First there was Mairead and Claire and they started on round the streets. The streets of Kingstone ward were surprisingly clean! With almost half an hour of light litter picking the job was done and with that Rachael turned up just in time for a drink and some biscuits. James then arrived at quarter to 7 conveniently timed!
We spoke to some of the locals and then headed home !
