Saturday's mission took me to Dalston to visit Ms Q and set her up on Zoom. I helped her install this to her laptop and added an easy shortcut to the desktop for her, then we took a look at a few other things she has been having issues with including unwanted pop ups on the laptop and running out of storage on her mobile. We had a lovely chat while I worked on fixing what I could and before saying goodbye I wrote down some instructions for her to help in future.
