It was nice to be able to fit in a visit to Mrs J before Christmas. Her neighbour is bringing her lunch on Christmas Day and she is visiting her brother on Boxing Day. As we talked about various things, I noticed a tin of tomatoes on the table, which I thought unusual as she doesn't cook any more. It transpires that she is using it as a dumbbell for her arm-strengthening exercises! Way to go, Mrs J!
