A chilly November fog hung around the athletics track this evening. Must remember to wear gloves next week. I guided a runner who is at the half way point on their couch to 5k program. We warmed up with 5 minutes brisk walking and worked our way through the run and walk intervals, finishing up with some calf raises and hamstring stretches. We both felt the benefits of a workout and began warmer than we started.
