Rachel and Sheila both visited Mrs J today. We talked a lot about Mrs J's medical problems and how frustrated she is with progress is getting a diagnosis. She would love to be more mobile and to be able to go out on her own. She has lived in Maidenhead for all of her life, and we got to talking about all the diffrent places she has lived She told us a story about when she was working at a care home and the river flooded. A tractor used to transport them through the floods at the beginning and end of their shifts, much to the dismay of a local resident who complained that the wash from the wheels kept re-flooding his house! It was lovely to do the visit with Rachel, and Mrs J reiterated how much she enjoys the Goodgym visits.
