Leafletting in the rain, picking up litter in the snow, digging brambles out of baked soil, sometimes it tales a lot of determination to do your missions and you wonder if it's all worth it. But karma has a memory and occasionally rewards you for all those tough nights.

Today's mission was to build a giant train set.

Two Good Gym runners, one fresh from a very wet litter pick, arrived at the Lochaber Hall Community Centre in Lewisham to help out the All Aboard Club. The group runs inclusive train-based play sessions, in London and Surrey, for children with autism and other special educational needs. We we set to "work" moving boxes into the hall and from there we were left to our own devices to build our own railway layouts, the only stipulation being that everything needed to join up at some point. (Too) Soon we were done, and the kids started to arrive to get straight in to playing with our construction. This was a lovely fun task and it would be lovely if we could continue to help this great organisation.
