9 beautiful Goodgymers joined Leyla from Luos for an evening of field clearing and orange eating.

Orange you glad you came?

After what has felt like about a decade of rubbish, unpredictable weather, 9 Goodgymers found themselves blessed with a very lovely, mild evening and boy did they make the most of it.

Leyla had arranged for the field at Luos to be mowed before our arrival and had arranged an assortment of garden forks for us. We were tasked with helping to collect all the freshly cut grass so that we could then identify any holes the local fauna might have dug in the field. You know, 'elf and safety and all that jazz, innit.

Armed with our forks and happy smiles, our Goodgymers made light work of it and surprisingly managed to cover the whole of the field within an hour. Leyla was so happy she brought out the refreshments early and we even found time to help her roll some very heavy barrels away from the field. Classic Goodgym fun.

It was such a fun night that we won't mention the name of the Goodgymer who tried to blag their way into a blind date/free dinner at the end of the session. What happens in Goodgym, stays in Goodgym.

More luos action on Saturday - please sign up if you can. And next Wednesday it's all go at the Westbury Banks Nature Reserve.
