A quiet summer evening in Bromley this Tuesday with just Sarah and Simon heading out on the streets to try and garner more interest in GoodGym locally.

We tried to decide just what sort of person would attend GoodGym and just where those sort of people would live. Prejudices at the ready we ran around Bromley North area targetting houses and flats that looked like they may contain people who fancied getting fit by doing good.

After almost an hour in the sun we'd covered quite a large area and sped down hill back to the Civic Centre.

Then post-task we headed over to Queens Gardens for a bit of 1-2-1 technical work. The prescription is to work a little on that cadence, practise some falling starts (arrrrghgh) and work on keeping the arms close to the body, all while being as quiet as a mouse (or ninja).

Great job. Looking forward to seeing lots of eager new faces next week with GG flyers in hand when we will be helping Wickham Hall.
