Report written by Gwyn Williams
Tracey and Gwyn were All Revved Up With No Place To Go when Gwyn suggested Shardlow Road and the underpass under the A6. Tracey said "You Took The Words Right Out Of My Mouth" (cold winter day), so off we went. She was doubly blessed: three times seventeen and she was warmly dressed: good for the chilly conditions!
We cleared the weeds that were growing over the path in two places, filling a bin in the process (did you see a real Dead Ringer For Glove in the picture?). We didn't get to the third place we'd intended to clear, but Two Out Of Three Ain't Bad, and Heaven Can Wait. It'll be Paradise By The Lamp-post Light tonight.
We had a chat with a passing cyclist, but For Crying Out Loud, couldn't persuade him to start lopping; he did offer us use of his bin though, but we were Praying For The End Of Grime by then.
