Vaccine runner... not quite what it sounds!
2 GoodGymers made their way to help the Swindon Borough Council in Swindon.

Another week and another set of GoodGymmers volunteered to help out at the vaccination centre at STEAM. As always we covered a range of roles both inside and outside the centre.
The car park marshalls got the short straw this week, as it was pouring down with rain most days! However spirits were still high and they did a fantastic job getting everyone inside and into the warm and dry quickly.
This week, living up to the GoodGym ethos, I was given the task of being a 'vaccine runner'. This entailed collecting vials of vaccine and needles from the pharmacist and delivering them to all 20 or so vaccination stations whenever more vaccine was needed. However the vaccine is a precious commodity and can't be dropped, so whilst I did have my trainers and GoodGym t-shirt on, I wasn't going all that fast!!!
