5 of us got together in front of the screen, but not to watch movies, no, this was to get sweaty together.
We did 3x 4min long blocks, each consisting of 4 different exercises repeated twice. We pushed as hard as we could for 20 sec, then had a 10 sec break before moving to the next exercise and so on for 4 minutes. After each block there was a 60 sec long plank and 1min recovery break.

So this is where Nicky disappeared early to from my session:) sounds like a great session! Will try and join one day:)
