Today we were joined by a mystery guest, my dog Floppy. He's been training the rollover trick for over a year now and wanted to show us his skill. All I can say is that he did not disappoint!
Following Floppy's performance we went to produce some endorphins together. Just over 20min long HIIT session consisted of two rounds, each including 10 different exercises. We continued each exercise for 45sec with 15sec break in between and 1 minute recovery brake between the rounds.
We finished the session with a stretch and a chat.
