1 GoodGymer made their way to help an isolated older person in Camden.

Called in at 9am and Mr M walked to the door to pass me his shopping list and explained what he needed. Off I went and back quite quickly, down to Mr M flat and arranged his shopping for him. He was happy and hoping the next help will come to him in 3-4 days time.
