Wam Bam Good to See You Sam!
3 GoodGymers made their way 6.0km to help the The Canal and River Trust in Birmingham.

Tonight we had Sam back at GG for the first time since before Covid lockdown, hence this week's pun!
We headed to the canal on a mild October evening to complete a litter pick. Sam even finding a sock on the way. Once done we dropped the bags off at Aston Lock before running back towards 1000 Trades. On the way we stopped in St Paul's Square for a Fartlek session.
The job was 10 minutes of running putting in hard efforts when I blew my whistle. Sam hadn't ran for a while but Laura helped drag him round, working hard throughout!
Once done it was just a short trundle back to 1000 Trades.
