Given the blustery weather, this week I traded in the ice lollies for a couple of cups of hot chocolate from the wonderful Hunter Gatherer café in Southsea. It was Mrs. J's first week in a new care home so we sipped some cocoa in the spirit of housewarming and chatted with a couple of other local residents in the lounge.

Of course we still managed to find time for a bit of iPhone karaoke! Mrs. J's requests this week were Tony Christie and Gene Pitney. We've been trying to figure out who the "famous male Irish singer" is that she remembers performing for the opening various boxing and sports matches. Any ideas, please comment below!
