5 of us went to run up and down a local hill.
We started with a warm up, then ran for 20 minutes alternating 100m uphill sprints with 400m recovery jogs. The session finished with a stretch and tree hugging for positive energy boost.
While admiring the beautiful sunset we also kept an eye on Barbara's an Abi's bikes securely positioned between the trees at the top of the hill.
