Ms L was well prepared for our visit this morning, greeting us with tape measure in hand. She quickly explained what she wanted to do by way of replacing her existing curtain rails (and 25+ year old curtains) in her living room, and the two bedrooms.

Andy quickly got to work on the measuring part of the task whilst I took down the various measurements as we worked our way across the windows in each room - the bigger challenge in most cases being to navigate around the furniture to get to the frames.

We were though soon done, with all the relevant dimensions noted down and passed to Ms L, and as we returned to the living room, Ms L noticed a hook was missing from the net curtain rail - fortunately she had a spare to hand, so after a quick climb over her sofa, we got that fixed too. Hopefully Ms L will now be able to go ahead and order the replacement curtain poles and curtains that she wants for her home.
