Bank hoillday always promised to be a quite one, with most of the regular Redbridge Goodgymmers declaring last week that they were away, but 2 of us managed to meet for a run none the less.

As the task for this week was more fence painting and there was no way we could complete the job we decided to head off for a run round to the allotments and back. Tina even agreed an extended loop on the way back to ensure a good work out was completed.

We discussed a wide range of topics from marathon pacing to parkruns, allotments and camping holidays.

Next week James is back and normal Goodgym service will be returned!
