A beautiful sunny day at Frenford and plenty of work to do as usual. It was great to see Yasmine there for the second time alongside old hands James and Linda. Dharmesh made it a double good deed Saturday by giving a blood donation before the task, great effort!

We've done this task so many times now that the team feels like a well -oiled machine. Parcels were packed, shelves tidied and Scouts donations sorted all before the 2 pm deadline. Linda also convinced me that it was a good idea to jump into the bin to squash some boxes down, always glitz and glamour with Goodgym Redbridge. 🤣
