We’ve toe-tally got this garden under control
2 GoodGymers made their way to help an isolated older person in Lewisham.
- Saturday, 20th of October 2018
It was a bright, sunny and slightly chilly Saturday morning when we arrived to help Mr H tidy up his front garden. It wasn’t long before we warmed up and got to work cutting back the brambles and chopping at the nettles! We were accompanied by a rather friendly robin, who seemed delighted with the prospect of some newly unearthed worms to feast on and eager for us to move on so he could tuck in. We were pretty exhausted after all the battles with the brambles but pleased with our 4 huge bags of garden waste and a much tidier garden. Check out our before and after photos! Special shout out to Nykolette who did all this with a poorly toe.
