Friend's of South Park asked for our help watering the Ecology garden in South Park. So we made sure the heavens opened to get the job done quickly and ahead of schedule.

We warmed up under the shelter of the car park and then headed off for the 4km run to the task. On the way, Becca filled us in on her trip to Glastonbury. In summary: a great festival, lots of glitter and friendly people.

Clair met us at the park gates upon our arrival and showed us the tools and handed out gloves. She asked us to keep going with the fab weeding we started on the last visit.

She had pulled out the massive hose earlier on in the day for the watering the garden, but we'd already brought the water.

Together as a trio we managed to get a big area of pavement weeded and swept. (It was a bit too wet to take “after" shots)

We had a good run back to base visualising the steamy mugs of tea awaiting us at home.
