Two runners, one cyclist and two walkers met at Stephen‘s house and gardens to help Gardener with weeding. The house and gardens are looking spectacular. We met with Josh the head Gardener Who directed us to a flowerbed that needed weeding just in front of the house. There’s a spectacular view from the house across the lawns to the layered trees across the horizon. The park has lots to offer the local community including the museum, a water tower which is an example of the first ever use of reinforce concrete in the world. It’s got a lovely CAFE, kiosk and playground. it’s also the home spike Milligan is only statue. we finished quite quickly and had time to have a look around and try out some of the fitness equipment. we then went our separate ways. thanks for coming, running, cycling, walking and doing some good!
