1 runner headed over to help Mr B put his Hoover back together, it had been used in his absence and dismantled and left, so I unclogged to tubes, put all the parts back together, gave Mr B a quick demonstration of how to empty it..from a distance, had a quick chat and was on my way, Mr B was very grateful
