This weeks fitness challenge was brought to you courtesy of Joe Wickes. He came up with the idea, trialled it live on TV for me with 250, 000 viewers and then handed it over to us to do…so well done to the hardy 9 who took on this challenge.
Flip it, toss it, launch it..
The aim of the game was to flip a coin and if it landed tails you got to do an easy exercise and if it landed heads it was a hard one….do that 10 times and wham bam thank you Ma’am.
Your duck walks quacked me up….if you were lucky enough to get all the tails, then I guess you like me and our relationship will workout….but if you got the heads, then that was just hard luck on your part…But remember when life gives you lemons make lemonade. Enjoy the fruits of your labour and know that rules are made to be broken so you could have cheated…though be warned…cheats never prosper.. (not sure where I am going with all this BTW)..
Special shout out to Jenny, who is returning from injury and still gave this challenge a go with some slight variations – better safe than sorry
And once again…photo of the week goes to Sutyee and her new coin eyemask shot.. Every picture tells a story but I’m not sure what I am reading in this one.
