This was my first social visit with Goodgym and I got to meet the lovely Mrs E who lost her husband last year and wanted some company. The weather was pouring down and she quickly got me out of the rain to enjoy a hot cuppa tea together. We chatted about her family, a few of which are Welsh so we strolled through memory lane, talking about her trips with her family to the various towns and seasides of South Wales with her family and reminiscing about being a farmer all those years ago. We both enjoyed talking about our memories of all the different types of foods you could find in the Welsh town markets and how everything was freshly sourced or made on the day, from freshly baked bread to ripe tomato's! We both enjoyed each ours company and I hope to visit her again in the future.
