On a freezing cold, soggy wet day at the tail end of a storm, 4 daring GoodGymers gathered together at Princes Park to join Jo in celebrating her 250th parkrun, no mean feat! Roz kept it quite that it was also her 25th parkrun.
With Ema still on crutches and there to cheer and take some blurry photo's (it's really hard taking photo's of people running past you in the pouring rain with frozen fingers!), Sallyann, Roz and the spectacular Jo set off with the crowds to do the two and a half lap 5K.
Whizzing past twice with smiles on their faces, looking more drowned each time, the hardy three made it round together, coming in at 34:53 to cheers and sharing of cake and tangerines! Huge well done to all three.
We also bumped into new GoodGymer Danny who managed a PB of 20:15, well done Danny.
Jo, Roz and Sallyann headed of to Ryde Cafe to enjoy a celebratory and warming breakfast together, while Ema hobbled home wondering if she would ever thaw out again!
