What a lovely garden Mrs M has! She gave me some tools and then I got started clearing out her beds of flowers. We had some nice chats about her love for gardening, that we’ll soon become almost neighbours (I’m moving in 2 weeks!), and about Latin names for flowers. She also showed me a film of the garden from a couple of years ago when both she and her late husband both had the energy to take care of the garden - what an oasis! After finishing off a couple of beds under the scorching sun ☀️ Mrs M was very pleased with how it looked like and we discussed other things that could be done with the garden in the future. I hope I get to Mrs M soon again!
