Called my Age UK Buddy JJ. She complained about the phone line being feint so we shouted at each other for about 20 minutes, then she said she’ll ask her Son to check her phone out. As soon as she said it she remembered her Son had told her to use the amplifier button. The rest of the conversation was much easier 😆 We had a nice little chat, she mentioned feeling a bit lonely so I said I’ll try and run up there and do a distanced doorstep visit which she seemed very happy with.
