Ms K's curtains were falling off their tracks due to a small missing plastic part.

Ms K had bought a replacement, but once we were up the ladder we could see it was the wrong type! We tried some alternative solutions such as fashioning a new one from string (Anna "the brains") and brute force (Dom "the brawn") but to no avail.

Ms K then emerged with a different type of plastic thingamajig. This one fit like a glove, and we were able to depart leaving a job well done!
