There are some ‘missions’ where it feels as though you are visiting an old friend - my first visit to Ms L was one of those! She has had to move to a flat that is more suited to the needs of her condition. Lots of the things from her old flat remained in boxes. Today’s visit was helping her go through some of those boxes. We found pottery she had made, family histories, lots of documents and a 1991 Wimbledon programme where she had ticked off the matches she’d seen including Jimmy Connors and Martina Navratilova.
