I skipped down from Hilly fields parkrun (having drunk vast quantities of tea in the café) and met Marta who was doing two good deeds today! Ms G showed us both round her deceptively huge garden and pointed out the overgrown areas that she’d like tackled. She thought we may not come because of the extremely windy weather. We explained that we do good rain or shine, both of which happened during the task! We got stuck into with the loppers and secateurs and soon there was no more room in the brown wheelie bin. Ms was G was really happy that everything looked much neater. We said goodbye and Marta ran off to her second mission!
