Last week I received a text message from Mrs L's granddaughter who was concerned about her Nan.

Mrs L is extremely at risk of Covid-19 so is currently self-isolating and unable to collect her medication. Her granddaughter lives too far away to collect it on her behalf and has been unable to arrange a delivery due to the current circumstances, leading her to approach the local mutual aide street rep for help. a.k.a me!

It turns out I share a pharmacy with Mrs L and was able to pick up her prescription after work today. Once I'd navigated the Fort Knox of Mrs L's building I was safely delivered her prescription and texted her granddaughter to confirm her Nan was well.
