Mrs L had asked for help with some windows and sills that needed cleaning.

Following a back injury in her 30's, Mrs S had developed associated issues that had affected her mobility. Now in her 80's, joint problems meant that her movements were further impeded.

After a very pleasant ride along the canal with Rosie, I arrived to find Mrs L and her gorgeous dog, Sophie, waiting with a whole host of cleaning products and equipment.

As in many homes, the kitchen windows were high and set far back, behind worktops. Mrs L had a small step ladder, so I was soon put to work.

Armed with a window spray and mini vac, I set to...kitchen, patio doors, livingroom and bedroom windows and sills.

Mrs L and I had a lovely chat, Sophie kept a close eye on my progress...and both were pleased with the results.

An hour and a half flew by, and I was soon back on Rosie for a very pleasant autumnal ride back home.
