I always wonder if i have done something to upset the clouds or the sky when they decide that they are going open up on me and my friends like that :-(.

But regardless of weather come rain or shine we will be out there pounding the pavement and doing good.

Sadly due to so much awesomeness having been done the week before there was a shortage of good to be done.

This however is not a let up, we still went out on a beautiful run in the pouring rain.

The lovely Sarah from New York who has only been running for 3 months was fooled into running the furthest she ever has and was astounded by the distance (8k) we covered AND that she had more in the tank when we got back to HQ.

A lovely route through the back streets of Hackney, in and out the estates and a failed attempt to enter the canal and lots of stretching.
