Despite the rain it was nice to meet Michelle and Katie for the first time , well done. All so a big shout must go out to Neil and Caprice who done a Mission run on Saturday. We said our hellos and welcomes after a brief warm up we headed off to Hope Housing. Six of us ran a total of 5.5k to our friends at Hope Housing [we ran through the town and gardens to the Beach and up to the over cliff we have to get a hill in at some point.] Once there Mark soon put us to work in doors clearing out a store room and putting it back tidy [ how many tv's in one room ] . Forming a chain we soon had all the mess out of the room once sorted it was put back neat and tidy . After saying our good byes we headed back to the Flirt cafe as the task took longer we headed straight back.Running from the Landsdowne through Bournemouth square up one last hill to home we all made it back well done. After a warm down i mentioned next week which is our first birthday so after the task we shall celebrate our first year boy it seems like only yesterday we started. Once again well done to you all Andy will be back next week.
