Feeling energised, we met at 9am outside Barnardo's Head Office for the second ever SUNNYday Community Mission!

The group ran at a social pace to Roding Valley Lake. After making it to Roding Valley Meadows, we experienced a technical glitch. Being left to our own "devices" we decided to sniff out the Lake ourselves, but a stream was the only source of water found, plus some puddles. This however did not deter us.

We were greeted by many pooches and grateful passersby whilst out litter picking. Feeling virtuous and full of praise we put our sacks of rubbish in the bin and run 8km/5miles back to base whilst pondering where the lake actually was, which prompted this weeks pun.

In the words of Rihanna... we may have to "Pon de Replay" this one! ;)
