Daryl, Neil and Caprice met for a mini group run to the task. Good job it was a mini one as Daryl was still sore from his tough circuits sesh and Caprice's foot was a bit niggly from her race a the weekend. Needless to say, Neil flew up the hill!! When we arrived at Hope Housing were greeted by Mark. It's been a long time since we have helped at Hope Housing and so much has changed. Mark needed our help clearing out and organising an office making it a more practical for storing their soap products. Hope Housing are part of an initiative to support the homeless with 'You Buy One, We Give One' This non profit organisation believes that being clean is a right and not a privilege, which is why for each bar of soap purchased a bar of handmade natural soap is donated to the homeless. Mark gave us a tour of the workshop and wow it smelt so good. Great handmade soap, natural ingredients and totally cruelty free! It was great to be back and they have lots more work that they would like us to crack on with. So much so, we are heading there next Monday 26th June so hopefully we'll see you there!
