Thursday night saw another fitness session lined up for us by Epic Egg, kindly taking time out of her crazy-busy schedule coordinating the volunteering good of York.
We knew we were in for a toughie when she explained the 3 rounds of 6 exercises, increasing in intensity each time... and that was just the warm up! After that came jump lunges, walkout triple press ups and skydiver burpees amongst others. We finished off with a little light core work and a nice stretch out at the end...
