Today 1 Goodgymer (plus one other volunteer) helped LWS Night Shelter with sorting some donations. This time it was a soapy situation with shower gel and shampoo being the main items.

There were 5 crates of shower gel which were sorted between men's, women's and unisex scents. Unfortunately at least one bottle had been squashed within the crate leaving an encrusted trail of shampoo on lots of other bottles, but our trusty wipes helped to clear up the mess so everything was wonderfully clean and smelling like freshly washed hair afterwards.

We then sorted some mixed crates which mainly contained shampoo but also bubble bath, soap, face wash, hand wash and make-up. Finally we condensed down some crates of toothpaste and razors that had already been sorted - labelled up the crates and stacked them back into position in the storage units.
