Where the streets have no names
Or so our runners wished! As this week’s challenge was to street name alphabet exercise challenge…those who live on Hide, E6 would have loved this challenge, but those who live on:-
llanfairpwllgwyngyllgogerych wyrnrobwlllantysiliogogogoch
in Anglesy, North Wales will be after my blood!
Goa Way
But if I did that none of you would have the joys of jump squats, planks, star jumps, push ups or burpees to do. The task was to find the associated exercise to the letters of your street and do 3 sets of those exercises.
Sutyee wins the prize for the best street corner pose! And once again, well done for getting the kids involved and active with this challenge..Map-lin it out in the park definitely gave you the advantage on the photos!
Well done Keira for getting an early start on your exercises, though you thought I said 1 set…next time Ill say it with Bells on..
Sara, you are a legend each week, haw-thorning it through each training session.
Nisha did a great job in telling me each day that she’d do it soon a bit like a Tobermory story...she was getting her repetitions in for sure...
I live near a Kwik Fit and was tempted to go there to do my Mansion of exercises, but I thought they might want to get involved as you -
Cant get fitter then a Kwik Fit fitter as they're the boys to thrust!
Pam, joined in with the Langley contingent, skipping her way down her street.
Jen, could have found a Mound of a Field near her, but instead she opted for squatting, planking and jumping in her back garden.
And Rachel from Sheffield, burpeed her way down to Slough just like Rupert Bear.
Well done all...
Next week we start our month of daily core exercises! Plus a bonus training session every Monday
