Samia and Nicky arrived bright and early at this morningโ€™s mission ready to help Mrs J. She was very pleased to see us and provided lots of compliments on how young and fit we both were - if only more Mondays started off with greetings like this!

After a long time in hospital Mrs J had returned home and was keen to get help sorting through her belongings, creating space to aid her recovery and avoid any further falls. We were met by a lounge filled with piles of books, bags and paperwork. Mrs J had been an academic for many years and clearly loved a good intellectual read! ๐Ÿ“š

Mrs Jโ€™s care-worker joined us and quickly defined a plan of action to help get her back on her feet. We set to work packing up all the books into trunks and boxes and labelling them.

Nicky learned the hard way that you need to check the seal on the bottom of a box properly FIRST before you put heavy books into it (schoolgirl error!). ๐Ÿคฆโ€โ™€๏ธ

Samia demonstrated that her single leg deadlifts in the gym have been paying off and helped her to master the arabesque plug socket stretch.

The lounge looked much more spacious by the time we finished and Mrs J was really grateful for the speedy transformation.
